Call Campbell on 07885666953 for a friendly chat.

A: Yes, but we do understand that everyone is different. As long as students leave each class feeling they have achieved for themselves, that’s the main thing we care about. There’s no race nor competition between students, we all have different fitness levels and goals.

A: We can get you to competition level and will help you achieve your goals! You do not have to compete but if you do decide to take your Muay Thai all the way to a real ring fight, we can put you into some of the best shows in the U.K and abroad, with the possibility of aiming towards titles!

A: Not at all, we pride ourselves on the relaxed and friendly atmosphere at North Devon Thai Boxing, you’ll soon fit right in with the mixture of abilities in each class, but by all means you can come with someone.

A: Yes, of course! The more classes you attend the more your technique will improve and cheaper the session

We endeavour to provide students with a safe and friendly environment in which to train. And  emphasise correct technique and stretching so that students do not injure themselves. However if you choose to spar or compete it is inevitable that you will receive a few bruises from time to time… its Muay Thai!

A: Of course! See our classes and membership page

A: We offer pay as you go and monthly. We want training to be affordable, and highly recommend the monthly option. It is a great deal if you want to train more than once a week, and will work out a lot cheaper than pay as you go.

A: We highly encourage ladies to train in Muay Thai…….so far sessions are mixed, but a Women only session will be available soon.

A: Juniors 11 years – 15 years and Adults 16 years and above. but if they attend with a parent or guardian, they can attend adult classes

A: For the first two weeks we can supply all you need. For health and safety reasons, you will need your own Boxing Gloves, and can purchase Bag gloves, Groin Guard, Shin Guards and Gum shields as you further your training. We have a great range of all the gear you will need imported from Thailand, we like to keep it all ‘Thai!’ at Thai Works. And it doesn’t cost the earth to get you set up ready to start your training. It’s not good to share sweat; so your own equipment is necessary.

A. Shorts and T-shirt, that’s all…. Oh and energy!

A. No. Training is progressive and we cater for people wanting to simply get fit and learn Muay Thai for self defence reasons. We offer pure fitness classes that incorporate Muay Thai Workouts for people that want the boxing gym workout to simply get fit! While our Muay Thai classes should only be attended by people that want to learn the fighting technique of Muay Thai, not just to get fit, so as to ensure the quality of our students really shines!

A: Not at all, we welcome all levels of fitness, and our training will get you fit in no time at all.
