We have two types fitness classes


If you want to lose weight, gain muscles, or simply be as fit as possible, Thai fit is your choice. Thai fit is a high intense 15 to 30 minutes whole body workout with muay thai pad drills, kettle bells, barbell, dumbbells and your own bodyweight.

Along with many different types of training methods, you will also be using a lot of different equipment, such as:weights, focus mitts, kick shields, punch bags, Thai pads, Kettlebells, Trx suspension training, sand bags, steps etc.

Throughout the classes you will receive constant coaching on improving your technique and safe use of equipment.

Combat Conditioning

Combat Strength & Conditioning sessions are a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. This is a very unique training system that has been developed by our coaching staff. The sessions cater for people of all levels. But ONLY attend if you are prepared to work hard!

Combat Conditioning is ideal for putting on lean muscle, strengthening tendons and ligaments, improving overall strength and enhancing your cardiovascular level. This class addresses all the physical and mental demands that combat sports place on it’s participants.
